Where to have your blood drawn

You have a number of options for getting your blood sample taken which include:

Visit a Participating Physician:

There are a select number of physicians that are currently offering this test through their practice. Click here for a list of participating physicians. One the first day of your period (after being off your contraception for one month), contact one of our participating physicians to make an appointment for your blood draw. Make sure to identify that you are having your day 3 blood draw for the PlanAhead™ test. For more information contact 800-667-8893 x 777.

Examination Management Services, Inc (EMSI)

EMSI is our preferred mobile phlebotomy service. For an additional cost of $50, EMSI will come to your home or office to draw the 3ml sample of blood and arrange the shipment of the blood back to Repromedix Laboratories for testing.

To take advantage of this service, select EMSI when ordering online. To arrange your EMSI appointment, contact us at 800-667-8893 x 777.

PlanAhead™ is not yet cleared by the FDA and utilizes some components which carry the label “for research use only.” While the performance of this test has been determined by extensive testing by Repromedix in its laboratory, we are engaged in an ongoing research and validation program. Until FDA clearance is obtained, PlanAhead carries the label: “For investigational use only. The performance characteristics of this product have not been established.”
