Ovarian Reserve Index (ORI)

Inhibin B and AMH both fall as the ovaries age. Conversely, FSH levels rise as the ovaries age. The blood test results for the three hormones have been combined into a single measure of ovarian reserve (your ORI). Your ORI indi cates the quantity of eggs that you have remaining in your ovaries compared to the average for the population at that age.
